Stormwater related problems are the responsibility of the City of Owensboro and Daviess County Fiscal Court.
City Residents
The City of Owensboro determines the priority of system
improvements or duties that RWRA will perform. If you have a stormwater related problem, please contact the
office of the City Engineer at 270-687-8643.
County Residents
If you reside outside the corporate limits of the City of Owensboro and
experience any stormwater related problems, please contact the office of the Daviess County Engineer at 270-685-8456.
Stormwater services provided by RWRA include such things as:
- pipe system cleaning
- inlet repair and reconstruction
- pipe repair and replacement
- documentation of storm system needs
- system upgrades
