Long Term Control Plan

The Long Term Control Plan is RWRA’s response to the Clean Water Act of 1972.

The Clean Water act is a primary Federal law in the U.S., governing water pollution. The objective of the law is to restore and maintain the integrity of the united states water ways. This Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) is RWRA’s mitigation plan for combined sewer overflows.
