The Regional Water Resource Agency Board conducts business during its regular monthly meeting which is held on the third Monday of each month.
RWRA will conduct Public Hearing on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., to discuss the RWRA Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, and allow for comments from the public. The hearing will be held at the RWRA East Conference Room, 1722 Pleasant Valley Road, Owensboro, Kentucky. The regular monthly Board meeting will commence immediately following the Public Hearing. The public is welcome to attend.
The Regional Water Resource Agency Board is comprised of seven (7) persons, four (4) of whom are appointed by the Mayor of the City of Owensboro and three (3) of whom are appointed by the County Judge-Executive.

Rate Review Board
The Rate Review Board is comprised of the members of the Owensboro City Commission and Daviess County Fiscal Court sitting as a single body, solely for the purpose of approving or disapproving any and all rate changes recommended by the RWRA Board of Directors by majority vote. The Rate Review Board does not have the authority to initiate rate changes.
