Regional Water Resource Agency (RWRA) will be lining a section of the Eastern Tunnel System along the Breckenridge Street and Parrish Avenue corridor.  The Project is expect to start May 26, 2020 and last for 8 weeks depending on weather.  The following traffic routes will be affected during this period.

Phase 1 From May 26^th to May 27th: Closure of west (left) lane of Breckinridge from East 17^th to East 15^th

Phase 2 From May 28^th for approximately 8 weeks:  Closure of east (right) lane of Breckinridge from East 17^th to East 15^th

Other side streets that will be affected during the install of the bypass piping include Hathaway, East 14^th, East 15^th, and East 16^th Street.  Signage will be posted for traffic detours.

The turning lane for the east bound traffic at Parrish Avenue at Breckenridge Street will be closed and the west bound traffic will be routed thru the turning lane.  Expect this to last for 8 weeks.

The Entrance for Owensboro Health at Hathaway and Parrish Avenue will be closed for the extent of the project and signage will be posted to route traffic to other entrances.
